Gwinnett contractor Joel Harper of Leisure Time Decks recently won the Wood, Naturally Build and Design Sweepstakes, a nationwide call for submissions of outdoor living and interior design projects using softwood lumber.
Harper has been in the construction industry for 30 years, specializing in decks for 20. His years of hard work paid off when the Build and Design sponsor, Wood, Naturally presented Harper with a lease on a brand new 2015 Ford F-150.
